Refund policy

Go Scoot values customer satisfaction, however, our site consists of New Old Stock [NOS] and used products, and so we operate under a "Sold as is/Sales are Final" policy. This means that all sales are final and no returns will be accepted unless approved by our customer service team. In the rare event that a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, they may request a return by contacting our customer service department. Our team will review each request on a case-by-case basis and if approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
